Terms of service

These terms govern your use of EP Estimates. By using the site, you agree to use it as an informational tool for reviewing public El Paso Central Appraisal District records.

Use of the service

EP Estimates helps you search public property records, view valuation information, compare nearby properties, and estimate tax differences. You are responsible for verifying any information before you rely on it.

No professional advice

EP Estimates does not provide legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or real estate advice. The site does not create an attorney-client, tax advisor, appraiser, broker, or fiduciary relationship.

Public records and accuracy

Property data comes from public appraisal records and other publicly available sources. EP Estimates does not control those sources and cannot guarantee that records are complete, current, or error-free.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful personal or internal review. Do not overload the site, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, copy the service, misrepresent results as official government records, or use the site to harass property owners.

Current availability

EP Estimates currently provides informational property-record review and comparable-property analysis without a paid checkout flow. If the product later adds paid services or account-based features, these terms and the related legal pages should be updated before those features go live.

Third-party services

The site may depend on hosting providers, public data endpoints, analytics tools, or other service providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EP Estimates and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from site content.

Changes to these terms

EP Estimates may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another law applies and cannot be waived.
